Hey guys, 20yo, 6ft 1in. I've been training for a year and 4months now, with some off ax-1 training camp free download on training through my highschool ax-1 training camp free download. Up until now I've only tried one real program the rest I've made up myself and Ive gotten good progression of weights with them but I just end up getting fat with no change of muscle.
The program I've tried was mi40x which I only did for the 7weeks it gave me, problem with that was by the time I was done with the program I was weak as hell all my lifts dropped significantly even though my bodyweight still rose. The workouts kicked my ass but I think it did more harm than good for me. Been watching Jeff cavaliere at athleanx on youtube and he seems to be pretty knowledgeable, has anyone tried his programs?
Also I will list an example of one of my current workouts that I made myself, if anyone could tell me if it's good or not. Example: push day Db focus Split push, leg, pull, rest, ax-1 training camp free download, rest, push, leg, pull, rest,rest.
